A month ago here 2 times fed. The food was very good. The ambience is right outside and inside. Unfortunately it was The service on the second visit was extremely rude and sloppy. Still 4 stars.

Very nice staff and nice ambience. It is actually much more beautiful than in pictures. The wines and the food are really delicious! Definitely one of the best rump steak I've eaten in a long time! The prices are more than good for the portions and the quality. I would love to come back here

Food quality was very good (for that alone there would be 5 stars). Service can be greatly expanded. Apparently you are not served because you look younger and "don't tip anyway". We were pampered right at the beginning because we asked if we could just sit down (think that's appropriate in Corona times) and at the end had to wait> 25 minutes in the cold for the bill. In the end we are then only to pay, although the colleague has given the lady several reports. Sorry, but you have to earn a tip.

The rump steaks are always a dream, a big compliment to the kitchen. Service friendly and courteous. In my opinion, food and drinks are priced absolutely okay, not too expensive as some complain here, quality costs money. And I'm happy to spend some on it. Keep it up, we'll definitely be back

After a visit to Berwartstein Castle, we went to the Alte Bahnhöfl and were not disappointed. A great beer garden, almost picturesque, delicious home-style food, very good wines (just Palatinate), and our service was also great. Price / performance ratio is definitely right. Even the hygiene regulations have been implemented tip-top, what more could you want?

Food was great! Good home cooking. Corona requirements have been implemented, as a guest you have the feeling that the matter is being taken seriously.

Loved the comfortable outdoor seating in the beer garden. What a great place to stop and eat. We were driving back from the French border, and we had worked up a real hunger exploring castle ruins. The Altes Bahnhöf L did not disappoint ? There was something for everyone, and the portions were plentiful. All four of us enjoyed the wonderful dishes, and warm hospitality. I would stop again in a heartbeat.
